Hills have been brilliant!! Having spoken to a number of Estate Agents before meeting Justin I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the area where my house was but he also provided a lot of insight to the other areas that we were looking at.
Our house was only on the market for a week before it sold and having a new baby Hills kindly liaised with all potential buyers and managed to group viewings together to make life easier for us. Don’t know what I would have done without the team at Hill’s Estate Agents. 2020, what a year! They have helped me so much, always on hand during difficult times, easy to talk to and caring whilst also keeping a sense of humour. Honest and professional- couldn’t ask for a better service – I have bought and sold through Hills over the years. Justin and the team managed to sell my current property at full asking price in a week. Used Hills for both the sale of my previous house and purchase of my new house. Spoke to other members of the team as well and all are very helpful, friendly and able to answer any questions. Their fees are very competitive, for the service provided I’d say the fees aren’t to be beaten. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend Hills to anyone who were looking for a fantastic estate agent.
